    These life changing sessions combine energy healing, sound healing and holistic counselling. While Carolyne blankets you with healing sound, Michelle feels into energy, cuts cords and clears whilst using her gift of clairsentience to receive insight from source and the sub-conscious. Carolyne brings her gift of intuitively feeling into personal blockages. Through holistic counselling practices, she arms you with practical tools allowing you to integrate healing and growth to move forward proactively. Both Carolyne and Michelle are Usui Reiki Masters.

    Firm Compassionate Guidance (with Carolyne)

    These sessions with Carolyne are for people who are sick of their own BS and ready to do the work. The initial focus is nervous system support and learning the signs of when you are moving into survival mode (fight, flight, freeze) and how to get out of survival mode with a focus on emotional regulation. Learn cognitive behavioural therapy techniques to help
    challenge negative self-talk and identify negative thinking styles that keep you looping in the stories you tell yourself. This helps to identify your core beliefs or schemas which can then be tackled with inner child healing.

    Exchange is $100 per hour (please bring cash)

    Individual Reading & Reiki Energy Healing (with Michelle)

    Allow 1 hour and 15 minutes

     

    Many of us book in for a reading or a healing because we are ‘stuck’ or so overwhelmed that we don’t know where to start. In these powerful sessions, you will receive both a reading and a healing. Michelle connects to your soul’s wisdom to bring through messages and receive clear insight into what is required to help you move forward. These sessions are deeply restorative to the nervous system as Michelle uses Reiki energy to identify and clear blocks, creating more space in your body. Through holistic counselling practices, she will assist you to understand
    why the blockages occur and help you come up with a plan to work through them in the future.
