Group drumming has been proven to have many physical, psychological and social benefits including the reduction of
depression and anxiety, feelings of connectedness and improvement of social resilience. It has also been shown to assist with brain development because it is an activity that uses the left and right side of the brain.

Group drumming is especially effective for children as it gives participants an opportunity to connect with their peers and express themselves in a non-verbal way whilst improving focus, listening skills and promoting co-operation. Our unique format involves 3 facilitators, which allows the participants to feel like accomplished drummers in a very short period of time. This improves self-esteem, confidence and unites students and teachers in a non-competitive and uplifting way. Our experienced facilitators are able to inspire and engage students of all ages and abilities, including children with special needs and autism.
